If you have forgotten your password for your customer account, you can create a new password using the “Forgotten password” function.
If you do not receive an e-mail to reset your password, this can have several causes:
- The e-mail has been moved to the spam folder of your e-mail application. Please check this.
- You may not have created a customer account with this e-mail address. Do you have another address with which you may have ordered?
- You have ordered as a guest and no customer account has been created. More information here.
- You made a mistake when entering the e-mail address.
