Returns: How do I return a bicycle or accessories?

Returning a bike or e-bike #

1. You write to us via the contact form that you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal.
2. We will arrange a collection day with you, when the forwarding agent can collect the bike from you
3. Once the bike has been returned to us and processed, it will take approx. 1 to 3 working days for a refund/cancellation to be issued.

Returning accessories #

1. You write to us via the contact form that you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal.
2. We will send you a return label
3. Once we have received and processed the item(s), it will take approx. 1 to 3 working days for a refund/cancellation to be issued.

Costs #

Within the 14 days we bear the costs of the return shipment.
