How can I cancel my order? #
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Simply write to us using the contact form and tell us that you wish to cancel your order. We will send you a confirmation of your cancellation as soon as possible.
How long does it take to get my money back? #
This usually happens quite quickly. But at the latest after 2 to 3 working days you should have received your money back.
If you have already received your items or they are currently on their way to you, you will get your money back after you have sent them back to us and we have checked them.
